We are a group of Saint Louis University students educating others about the world water crisis while walking in solidarity with those without access to clean water. We are striving to fight this injustice through funding water projects all over the world.
Our current fundraiser is for our Belize water initiative. Our club members are going to be involved in the project from start to finish--from our initial assessment trip which took place in March 2018, to further assessing the needs of the region and its communities, to fundraising, to assisting in the implementation of the project, to educating the communities, and to keeping in contact with the community afterwards. In having such great involvement in the project, our hope is to ensure a sustainable project that the community not only needs, but wants. We are ready to learn, be challenged, and grow as we begin this new step forward.
